Claudia Koken will give a guest lecture this year on Competition Law & Technology Industries.
The guest lecture is part of the Master Law & Technology of Tilburg University (Tilburg Institute for Law & Technology (TILT). The Master programme is supervised by prof. dr. Giorgio Monti and Associate prof. dr. I Graef.
In the English-taught Master programme the focus is on - at the end of the course - enabling students to analyse and apply the main sources of EU competition law (legislation, soft law, Commission decisions, CJEU rulings) in technology markets such as online platforms and pharma.
The course also discusses a range of issues at the very heart of current discussions in the field of competition law including the role of data protection in merger reviews, algorithmic collusion, pay-for delay, geo-blocking and the notion of platform neutrality.
